Social Media Bill of Rights

I agree with Andrews belief that we should protect our rights online by forbidding employers and academic institutions from taking advantage of the information presented on social network pages when considering applicants. However, I don't exactly believe that everything posted on social network profiles is entirely inaccurate. Since people have the freedom to provide any information they like about themselves and also friend whomever they like, it is hard to tell a lie from the truth.
Employers should be aware that their applicants have a life outside of their work, though Andrews view on adopting the "Social Media Bill of Rights" is a bit extreme, it is by no means should be completely dismissed.
