Megan Reardon interview

After reading Rebecca Blood's interview with Megan Reardon, I've come to acknowledge that blogging offers you the freedom of expressing one's self interest in written word, as well as, the ability of documentation. Before taking Introduction to New Media, I was shamelessly unaware of the capabilities that a blog can present to its user and its readers. For instance, in the article Megan stated that she meant for her blog to be a kind of filing cabinet, in which she kept her reference. What was meant to be a method of saving space in her apartment, grew into something in which many people benefited from. I find it truly interesting that Megan's fame in the blogging world was founded on a blog which was originally intended for herself.
